I start my day off with a green smoothie just about every day and I like to dibble and dabble with different combination so not to get bored with my daily ritual. I get a lot of my inspirations for smoothie recipes from my weekly grocery shopping expeditions. Last week I came across a limited edition of Chobani Watermelon Greek yogurt and Silk cashew milk, which inspired me for this featured smoothie. Watermelon is one of my "FAVE" summer fruit and I thought that would be a great ingredient to add too.
Introducing …………Minty Watermelon Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
Serving Size: 1 (160z.)
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 cup of Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
1 cup of fresh watermelon, frozen
½ banana, frozen
2 fresh mint leaves
2.7oz (half of the container) Chobani Greek Watermelon Yogurt
1 tbsp (½ the pouch) of plnt Vanilla Plant Protein Powder (purchased at Vitamin Shoppe here)
Add all ingredients to your blender, blend and enjoy!
**If you don't use frozen fruit you may add ice to make your smoothie cold and frothy.
Tidbit: I cut up fresh fruit and freeze them on the weekly basis.

So looking forward to trying. I've been wondering what fruit blends would work with the cashew milk.
